We are a network of highly experienced independent consultants, interims and experts who work in a number ways:
We work as interim managers to help clients shape the future, deliver change and realise the benefit of their investments – in roles such as CTO, Programme Director, Transformation Director, Strategic Architect, Business Design Lead etc.
We undertake short consulting assignments, across the full spectrum of business, data and digital transformation – from concept and strategy to design, delivery and realising benefits. We also help organisations exploit or monitise innovation and develop approaches to strategic and inclusive talent management.
For some organisations, the best way to effect sustainable change is by altering the balance of experience and skills within the board.
A number of us operate as non-executive directors – bringing particular experience in business transformation, digital, innovation and inclusive talent management.
